Welcome to Dutican! We provide custom apparel printing services in the United States. By using dutican.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Products and Services

Dutican offers custom-printed T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. We use quality blank garments, including Gildan and Comfort Colors, and print designs based on the options shown on our website.

Product colors may look slightly different on your screen. Small differences in print placement and appearance may occur.

2. Orders and Payment

Please check your size, color, design, shipping address, and order details before checkout.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

We may cancel or refuse an order if payment fails, a product becomes unavailable, or the order cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

3. Custom Printing

Most products are printed after an order is placed. Once printing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If you provide custom text, photos, or artwork, you are responsible for making sure you have permission to use them. You must not submit content that violates another person's copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

We may refuse printing requests that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Production and Shipping

Orders are usually printed within 1–3 days. U.S. shipping usually takes 3–6 days after production.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may happen due to weather, shipping carriers, holidays, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering mistakes.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. We will review the issue and provide a solution when appropriate.

6. Promotions

Promotions, including Buy 3, Get 1 Free, are available only while active and subject to the eligibility rules shown at checkout.

We may change or end promotions, subject to applicable law. Discounts cannot be applied to past orders unless we state otherwise.

7. Website Content

Our website design, original text, graphics, and brand materials belong to Dutican or their respective owners. You may not copy or use them without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Payments and other website features may be provided by third-party services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dutican is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses resulting from your use of our website or services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
